Matt is forty-one years old, and is married to Stephanie Ferradino, Esq. Matt and Stephanie have one child, Graciella (Grace) Dorsey, who is 3 years old. Matt has one sister (Beth O’Connor) and two brothers (Frank Dorsey and Stephen Dorsey). Matt’s parents are Frank and Betty Dorsey of Saratoga Springs, New York.  Frank and Betty are the proud grandparents of eight grandchildren.

Matt grew up in Saratoga Springs and is a 1984 graduate of Saratoga Springs High School. Upon graduation, Matt was awarded the prestigious Yaddo Medal for Scholarship and Character by the High School faculty.

Matt is a retired member of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) Local #592 – Saratoga Springs. IATSE #592 provides the stage crew to SPAC and surrounding venues. Working as a member of the SPAC stage crew, Matt earned money for college and law school tuition.

Beyond his professional life and community service, Matt enjoys spending time with his family. Matt’s interests include distance running, and he is running his first Marathon in January of this year.
